Return & Refund Policy

At Eliana New York, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@eliananewyork.com. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the applicable return address. Please do not send returns to our business address unless instructed to do so by our customer support team.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@eliananewyork.com so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, and items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags where applicable.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us at support@eliananewyork.com. Our team will provide the available options based on the circumstances of your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us at support@eliananewyork.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
